Care is available from 3 pm to 6 pm Monday and Thursday.
Drop in for Art and Swimming is available on a day by day basis, however we cannot
guarantee there will be space if you book last minute, Please book a package of sessions or whatsapp us for confirmation there is a spot for your child with 24 hours notice.
Reading + Comprehension lessons
"Wild Reading"
Monday and Thursday with Auntie Jenn Clarke. Our outdoor, hands on lessons offer a variety of experiences based on level, we will play games, and complete challenges all based around reading. The goal is to keep reading fun and regular, develop skills and cultivate a desire to learn. Lessons include take-home practice activities and family style games which will be provided in packs with instructions and returned the following week to exchange for a new game. Suitable for emergent readers through age 8 and incorporates writing and comprehension dependant on level.
Lessons offered one on one Monday and Thursday for 30 minutes @ 3:30pm, 4pm and 4:30pm.
Thursday "Book Club in the Garden" is a small group lesson based around experiential learning and focuses on one book for a 3 week period during which the book is read, and fun activities are done to include word building, vocabulary development, writing skills, spelling practice and language usage.
Swimming Lessons
Pool swimming lessons taught at your child's level with Coach Randell in the small Wild Acres pool, allowing children to build on confidence in a confined area with ample space for pool entry practice (diving and jumping), along with deep and shallow areas for developing strong form and practicing floatation and water rescue skills depending on level.
Thursdays 3-4pm, 4-5pm, 5-6pm with Coach Randall. Small group swimmers or 1:1 by request (availability limited).
Cost $60/session or $200/month. Must be prebooked,

Art Club @ Wild Acres
with Auntie Karen
Monday and Thursday afterschool club with Karen in the Wild Acres art room and gardens. Various techniques using natural and recycled materials and process art will be explored throughout the term. Process art allows students the ability to make choices and learn to use a medium well, as opposed to a polished finished product. Kids will explore textures and natural materials, use their imaginations, be exposed to a variety of tools and materials. Small groups with limited availability so registration is required.
3pm-5pm (stay for 1 or 2 hours) (Join art club before or after your reading or swimming lessons).
$40 per single session
Last minute drop in spots available first come first serve, must whatsapp to check availability 24 hours in advance.
